Bryan Gobbett
CEO
Bryan Gobbett brings a passion for engineering excellence and efficiency to RackWare. He is RackWare’s Chief Executive Officer, with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering leadership positions at Gigamon, Ericsson, Dell, and Cisco. Bryan holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from Trinity College Dublin.
Todd Matters
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Todd Matters, RackWare’s co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, has years of technical experience and in the computer industry. Prior to RackWare, Todd worked with QLogic and Unisys. He was a co-founder, CTO, and Vice President of Engineering at InfiniCon, which was acquired by QLogic in 2006. Matters graduated with honors from Millersville State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Dan Moulding
Chief Architect
Dan Moulding has nearly two decades experience in software and systems engineering. Dan has developed software and firmware across a variety of industries, spanning financial services, networking, aerospace, and cloud. Prior to joining RackWare, Dan has held positions at Sterling Wentworth Corporation, Enterasys Networks, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory.
Sunil Deo
Head – India Operations
Sunil Deo spearheads RackWare’s India operations. Carrying more than 31 years of IT experience, Sunil has experience across multiple verticals, working with Red Hat, Aviva, and Synechron Technologies. Sunil was a Co-Founder & CTO at ekSource Infotech Pvt Ltd., in Pune, India. Sunil holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and an MBA in Systems from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Ron Heinz
Chairman of the Board
Ron Heinz brings 38 years of executive experience from Novell, Inc, Phobos Corporation, Helius Corporation, and Xerox. In 2006, Ron founded Signal Peak Ventures where he is currently the managing director. Prior to joining the workforce, Ron earned his Bachelors of Applied Sciences from Virginia Tech and Masters of Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University.
Nate Lentz
Board Member
After receiving his B.A. from Brown University and MBA from Stanford University, Nate Lentz spent 23 years as a senior executive for multiple organizations, including Verticalnet, where he was the CEO and led the company’s transformation from an online operator of web portals to a proven software solution provider and eventual sale to BravoSolution in 2008. He currently serves on multiple boards and has been the managing partner at Osage Venture Partners since 2008.
Gavin Christensen
Board Member
Gavin Christensen is the founder of Kickstart Seed Fund, which has become the most active investor in Utah. Prior to starting Kickstart Seed Fund, Gavin was an analyst, associate, and sales rep at Fidelity Investments, Monitor Group Action Company, vSpring Capital, and Google. He has served as a board member and board observer for over 20 companies. Gavin received his B.A from Brigham Young University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
